This privacy policy explains how Centevo handles information collected about visitors to and inquiries to the Support department by phone or email.

What information is gathered, and for what purpose?

Centevo gathers information about traffic on in order to improve the website. Data is also collected when users contact Centevo’s Support.

Web analysis

Centevo gathers information about visitors to through the web analysis tool Google Analytics and through the use of cookies. The purpose of this is to produce statistics which enable us to optimise and improve the information on our website. The statistics give us for example the following information: how many people visit the different pages, how long time the visits last, what sites the users are coming from and which browsers are used.

The collected information is processed in anonymised and aggregated form. Anonymised form means that we can’t track the information back to the individual user. The information will only be used for internal traffic monitoring and optimisation of content and will not be passed on to any 3rd party.

Through the CMS WordPress, Centevo gathers information about the keywords used when searching for content on the website. The purpose of this is to improve the content and structure of the information. The keywords are stored in aggregated form and can’t be linked or tracked to other information about the users, such as IP addresses.

Enquiries to Centevo via email or telephone

To be able to answer the enquiries, Centevo stores information about users who send email or call our Support department. Such information includes email address and/or phone number in addition to the content of the email enquiry or conversation. We also store anonymous data about the topics of the enquiries in order to improve our customer service.

Please note that inquiries sent by email are sent unencrypted. We therefore ask you not to send confidential or sensitive information by email.
