Job Summary

Centevo expands and is looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager, with experience in software solutions sales and a solid interest in the financial industry.

In this role, you will be part of a great team of experienced colleagues, and your responsibility will be to develop sales opportunities and grow the business in the Nordics, to meet targets through the sale of Centevo software solutions and services.

You are described as positive and energetic by those closest to you. You set high goals and you are passionate about achieving results together with others. You will be responsible for Centevo’s sales activities in Sweden, and work with a Nordic focus. You will work closely with our CCO, who leads this work in the Nordic region.

  • Grow pipeline of prospects in the areas of Investment software by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
  • Develops tender documents, client presentations and answer RFP’s
  • Report to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and other stakeholders on the progress of the work.
  • Identifies opportunities to maximize existing relationships in terms of revenue generation.
  • Negotiates agreements with new clients and periodically re-negotiates existing contracts.
  • Monitors, reports and counters competitor sales strategies.
  • Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction within accounts assigned.
Skills & Experience
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • 4 – 9 years of successful software solutions sales in the segments of Banking and Wealth Management in local and/ or international markets.
  • Collaborating well with the other members of the commercial and product teams.
  • Proven track record of reaching goals and work well in teams.
  • Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Excellent command of both written and oral communication of English language, other languages would be a plus.
  • Proven capability to develop trust and lasting relationships with clients, with effective problem-solving skills and ability to present innovative solutions to client needs.
